The building of the thermal indoor spa was completely rebuilt in 1999. In the modern two-storey building therapeutic capacity has doubled. Four new pools has built, in which new attractional services help visitors to recreate. These outdoor pools are surrounded by spacious corridors.
In 2014, the thermal hall of the Spa has been renovated; it has been equipped with a modern glass structure and exclusive wall tile cover. During the renovation, the open pools of the enclosed Spa courtyard were equipped with new covers as well; furthermore, the sanitary facilities also have been renovated. The comfort of bathers is facilitated by a new gallery section and with the expansion of the hall; the development of a relaxation area with a sunbathing terrace at its top is also at the service of our guests.
In the big hall of the spa you can enjoy the basic spa cure in the indoor pools with different water temperatures (32 °C, 36 °C, 38 °C).
In 1925, Hajdúszoboszló, during a search – drilling for oil; thermal water appeared from the depth, 1100 m, at 75 °C. According the analyses it turned out that the water contained iodine, bromine, salt, hydrocarbonate as well as bitumen (including oestrogen) and different trace elements: vanadium, copper, zinc, silver, strontium, barium, lead.
